We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Visa Operations Manager to lead and optimize our visa processing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire visa department, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with international visa regulations, and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in visa processing, team management, and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations and departmental workflow
• Develop, implement, and improve visa policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with embassy, consular, and international visa requirements
• Lead and manage supervisors, team leaders, and visa processing staff
• Analyze operational performance metrics and drive process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and external partners
• Handle complex client concerns, escalations, and strategic operational planning
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or travel management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
• Strong knowledge of global visa requirements and documentation processes
• Excellent decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
