Management Accounting Manager

Position Summary

The Management Accounting Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support strategic business decisions, profitability, and business expansion. The role works closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve performance, and strengthen overall financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Analyze financial performance, business trends, and operational results
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Support evaluations for new stores, investments, and business initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments on financial planning and performance improvement
• Enhance reporting systems, financial processes, and internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Management Accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or related functions
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheet analysis
