Governance & Standards

  • Best Practices: Establish and maintain DevSecOps standards and technical documentation to ensure scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Compliance Advocacy: Partner with security and compliance teams to support audits and comprehensive technical security reviews.
  • Technology Evolution: Anticipate the impact of emerging technologies and adjust infrastructure strategies to maintain a secure, high-performance posture.

  • Professional Tenure: Minimum of 6 years of experience with on-premises CI/CD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps Server or equivalent).
  • DevSecOps Mastery: Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps practices across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Technical Skills

  • Automation: Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Systems Hardening: Experience supporting production on-premises systems, including patching and familiarity with OWASP security practices.
  • Security Tooling: Hands-on experience with secrets management, certificates, encryption, and artifact repositories.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized Systems: Experience supporting AI platforms or data-intensive systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Deployment Tooling: Hands-on experience with installer packaging (e.g., InstallShield, MSI/EXE).
  • Hybrid Cloud: Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a hybrid enterprise context.
