About the job Sr. Deal Analyst
The Senior Deal Analyst plays a critical role in supporting complex deal structuring, pricing analysis, and commercial decision-making. This role partners with sales, finance, and operations teams to develop competitive and financially sound proposals while ensuring alignment with organizational profitability targets and risk guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and pricing analysis for complex sales opportunities and strategic deals.
- Develop deal structures that balance competitiveness with financial sustainability.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to validate assumptions and cost structures.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations during deal reviews and approval processes.
- Review pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market benchmarks and profitability targets.
- Support leadership in evaluating large-scale bids, renewals, and contract amendments.
- Identify financial risks within deals and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain documentation and deal governance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in commercial finance, deal desk, or pricing analysis roles.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Experience supporting large or complex enterprise deals.
