UK Banking / Collections Specialist

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to support a UK Banking / Financial Services account. If you have a background in UK banking, financial services, or collections within a BPO environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for a UK banking or financial services account
• Manage customer inquiries related to payments, overdue balances, and account status
• Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers with financial solutions
• Ensure all interactions comply with banking policies and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the system

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years BPO experience handling UK Banking, Financial Services, or UK Collections accounts (required)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling international financial accounts is highly preferred
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a UK shift schedule
