Job Summary

The HR Manager (Business Partner) provides end-to-end HR support to commissary operations, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations to support organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Supply Planning

  • Support workforce planning by validating manpower requirements, identifying talent gaps, and building external talent pipelines.

Performance & Competency Management

  • Align team and departmental goals with company objectives.
  • Manage competency frameworks and facilitate employee assessments.

Assessment & Selection

  • Lead recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through coordination with relevant departments.

Learning & Development

  • Plan and implement training and development programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with training systems.
  • Coordinate with Corporate HR and external partners for learning initiatives.

Job Evaluation & Policy Support

  • Conduct job evaluations and coordinate with Compensation & Benefits for implementation.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, compensation, and benefits matters.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Facilitate benefits processing and address payroll-related concerns.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of compensation and benefits programs.

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Implement engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary cases, investigations, and employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and coordinate with government agencies.

HR Financials & Compliance

  • Monitor HR budget utilization aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • With 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering.
  • Experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in recruitment and talent management.
  • Experience in training and development programs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Preferably residing in or near Danao City, Cebu, or nearby areas.
