About the job Senior IAM Engineer
Role Overview
Our organization is currently expanding its global digital identity practice to enhance our capabilities in Identity, Governance, and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM), including Customer Identity (CIAM). We are seeking a seasoned technical consultant with significant hands-on engineering and development experience. The successful candidate will lead large-scale deployments, focusing on the implementation of identity lifecycle management and access governance. This is a client-facing role, collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality identity solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Development: Execute development tasks to facilitate the integration of target applications throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Project Delivery: Assist stakeholders and team members during the setup and deployment of core PAM and IAM services.
- Requirement Analysis: Evaluate project requirements against configuration capabilities to ensure all development stages align with industry best practices.
- Agile Collaboration: Operate effectively within an agile delivery framework to meet project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing for all code and configurations, and support peer review and general QA activities.
- Lifecycle Support: Manage post-deployment activities, including user
acceptance testing, technical troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience
- Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major IAM products (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft) or PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Wallex).
- End-to-End Delivery: Extensive experience managing complex identity projects from initial strategy and design through to full implementation
- Technical Ecosystems: Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and various cloud-based platforms.
- DevOps & Integration: Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes, including source code management via GitHub.
- Integration Technologies: Experience with HR system integrations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and technical protocols such as Java, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, and Web Services.
- Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBAC, Separation of Duties (SOD), and privileged account onboarding/discovery.

- Relevant vendor certifications in IAM or PAM platforms.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and SASE frameworks.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Industry-standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001.
- Exposure to core control frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
