About the job Recruitment Associate
The Recruitment Associate is an entry-level professional role designed to establish a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment delivery and operational discipline. This role is developmental by design, focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution of recruitment activities while building the skills and professional maturity required for progression within the firm.
Key Accountabilities
1. Operational Excellence (OX)
End-to-End Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake to onboarding.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize approved job portals, databases, social platforms, and internal networks to build talent pipelines.
Assessment: Conduct competency-based, behavioral, and basic technical interviews.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in all official systems and prepare comprehensive candidate profiles.
Delivery: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity expectations and escalate operational risks promptly.
2. Client & Customer Experience (CX)
Manage candidate relationships professionally throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure clear, timely, and respectful communication with all stakeholders.
Support client delivery commitments through dependable execution.
3. Development & People Experience (PX/DX)
Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Take personal ownership of career development by participating in training, coaching, and feedback loops.
Demonstrate learning agility and readiness for increased responsibility.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant professional experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome).
Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
Attributes: High learning agility, openness to coaching, and strong professional presence.
