Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End P2P Operations: Serve as the subject matter expert for Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase order management, invoice receipt and processing, payments, GRIR reconciliation, and month-end closing.
  • Process Blueprinting & Benchmarking: Develop detailed process blueprints, identify best practices, and benchmark against industry standards to optimize global P2P operations.
  • Global Standards & Governance: Define, implement, and maintain global P2P standards, policies, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistency, control, and audit readiness across regions.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead P2P transformation initiatives, including process standardization, system/tool deployment (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle), automation programs, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations, and external vendors) to drive adoption of best practices and enterprise solutions.
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Monitor P2P KPIs and SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and upskill regional P2P teams, develop process documentation, and conduct training sessions to ensure consistency and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Automation & Tool Enablement: Partner with IT and process teams to identify automation opportunities, including RPA and system enhancements, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay operations within multinational or shared services environments.
  • Strong project management experience with a track record of driving process standardization, automation, and enterprise tool deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience in process blueprinting, benchmarking, and implementing global best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP and P2P platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, JDE, or equivalent).
  • Experience in process documentation, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading global P2P transformations and shared services operations.
  • Knowledge of RPA and workflow automation tools.
  • Relevant certifications in Supply Chain, P2P, or related fields (e.g., CIPS, APICS, Ariba) are an advantage.
  • Experience working in multicultural and global teams.
