Collections Specialist | QC

Role Overview:

We are seeking results-driven Collections Specialists to join our dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will manage international collection accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound collections outreach professionally and efficiently.

• Negotiate payment terms, settlements, and manageable repayment plans with account holders.
• Accurately document account interactions, customer commitments, and payment records.
• Maintain compliance with international debt collection standards and banking guidelines.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: High School graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, completed at least 2 years in college, or Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience: At least 1 year of dedicated collections experience.
• - US & AU Accounts: Direct collections experience in the banking or financial services sector is required.
• - UK Accounts: Collections experience across any industry is acceptable (must be within a dedicated Collections Line of Business, CSR experience with incidental collection calls does not qualify).
