Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and deliver excellent customer service based on the assigned account's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally through voice interactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, bookings, or transactions, depending on the assigned account.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with customers.
• Follow established processes, account guidelines, and quality standards.
• Meet assigned performance targets and service-level expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with English proficiency close to Standard American English.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City.
• Ability to adapt to account-specific processes and performance requirements.

Account-Specific Requirements

1. Travel Sales Representative

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate.
• At least 1 year of solid BPO experience, preferably with a background in sales or upselling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency close to Standard American English.

2. Airline Specialist

• Completed at least 2 years of college (4 semesters), with no back subjects.
• At least 6 months of recent, solid BPO experience.
• C1-level English proficiency, with communication skills close to Standard American English.

3. Retail Account Representative

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, completed at least 2 years of college (4 semesters) with no back subjects, or college graduate.
