About the job UK Financial Customer Service
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Financial Customer Service Representative to support UK-based banking and financial accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling financial or banking inquiries within a contact center environment and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries related to UK financial or banking accounts
- Provide accurate information regarding account details, transactions, and services
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and data security guidelines
- Deliver professional and assertive communication when dealing with international customers
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions in the system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 1–2 years of US/UK banking or financial account experience in a contact center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good and assertive communication skills
- Solid understanding of customer service principles
- Comfortable dealing with international customers
