We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Financial Customer Service Representative to support UK-based banking and financial accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling financial or banking inquiries within a contact center environment and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries related to UK financial or banking accounts
  • Provide accurate information regarding account details, transactions, and services
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and data security guidelines
  • Deliver professional and assertive communication when dealing with international customers
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions in the system


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 1–2 years of US/UK banking or financial account experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good and assertive communication skills
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles
  • Comfortable dealing with international customers
