We are hiring experienced US Registered Nurses (NY Licensed) to support healthcare operations, including clinical review, utilization management, and patient care coordination for US-based clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical reviews based on medical records and payer guidelines

  • Support utilization management, prior authorization, or case management processes

  • Ensure compliance with US healthcare standards and regulations

  • Analyze patient data and provide accurate documentation

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain productivity and quality metrics

Qualifications

  • Active USRN License (New York State required)

  • Minimum 1–2 years USRN experience (clinical or BPO/RCM setting)

  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare system and clinical processes

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Willing to work night shift / US hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in:

    • Utilization Review (UR)

    • Case Management

    • Prior Authorization

  • BPO/Healthcare outsourcing experience is an advantage
