About the job Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in project planning and implementation.
- Lead the implementation team to deliver solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the customer to deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
- Manage, oversee and spearhead activities related to coding, customization, configuration and integration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Be involved in various project roles. Analyze customer requirements, develop technical solutions and participate in post-implementation support.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems and aligning them with business objectives.
- Monitor and review the work of less-experienced team members.
- Enforce compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve our products and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience in customer requirements analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in leading a team.
