Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project planning and implementation.
  • Lead the implementation team to deliver solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the customer to deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support. 
  • Manage, oversee and spearhead activities related to coding, customization, configuration and integration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Be involved in various project roles. Analyze customer requirements, develop technical solutions and participate in post-implementation support.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Monitor and review the work of less-experienced team members.
  • Enforce compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve our products and processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs. 
  • Experience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Experience in customer requirements analysis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in leading a team.
