Role Overview:
We are currently seeking Spanish Bilingual Technical/Customer Service Representatives to join a pioneering in-house team supporting a US-based client. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, providing high-quality technical and customer support in both Spanish and English.
The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, including support for medical devices, ensuring accurate resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic technical concerns, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. Training will be provided for product-specific and medical device support to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in both Spanish and English
- Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and resolution to customer concerns
- Support customers using medical devices, ensuring proper guidance and escalation when necessary
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
- Follow standard operating procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and empathy
- Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and system tools
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- At least High School Diploma (old or new curriculum)
- Minimum of 2 years tenure in current or previous company (non-hopper preferred)
- Customer Service or Technical Support experience in a BPO or in-house setting
- US Healthcare experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a neutral accent
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
