Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving CTI’s corporate growth by leading business development initiatives, managing key client accounts, and overseeing the Client Success team to secure new partnerships and sustain long-term revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Source, pursue, and close new corporate accounts.
- Develop customized proposals leveraging CTI’s services and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Account Management & Client Retention
- Supervise Client Success Managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify expansion and growth opportunities.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and respond to client concerns in a timely manner.
Leadership & Team Management
- Mentor and guide Client Success Managers to achieve performance targets.
- Promote collaboration across departments and teams.
- Ensure alignment between Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams.
Performance & Revenue Management
- Deliver on portfolio revenue and profitability targets.
- Support the development and implementation of performance-based incentive programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with travel booking platforms or corporate travel solutions is an advantage.
