Job Summary
The Supply Chain Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations of the organization. This role ensures efficient planning, procurement coordination, logistics, and distribution processes to support business operations and growth. The position focuses on optimizing supply chain performance, reducing costs, and ensuring timely and reliable delivery of goods across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Distribution Management

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods across all channels.
• Develop strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Operations & Process Optimization

• Oversee warehouse, inventory, and distribution performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align supply chain activities.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and develop the supply chain and distribution team.
• Align supply chain strategy with business growth objectives.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with operations and commercial teams.

Ideal Background / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution leadership roles.
• Background in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or large-scale distribution preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing complex supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
