Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor daily trends, viral posts, and content relevant to each brand Proactively write witty, brand-right comments across creator content, trends, and brand collabs
  • Collaborate with Content Strategists to ensure comments ladder up to brand voice and messaging
  • Track engagement, comment sentiment, and top-performing CasC executions Instagram Broadcast Channel Management
  • Manage day-to-day content and engagement for Instagram Broadcast Channels
  • Develop the broadcast voice for each brand, in alignment with brand personas
  • Curate and post engaging messages, updates, sneak peeks, and creator content
  • Monitor audience reactions and adapt content strategy to increase channel retention and participation

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content, or community engagement
  • Strong copywriting skills, especially shortform -and witty writing
  • Familiarity with Tik Tok, Instagram, and viral internet culture
  • Ability to embody different brand tones across multiple accounts
  • Comfortable with fast turnarounds and reactive content creation
  • Has agency experience
  • Platform experience (Tiktok)
