Investment Associate

As an Investment Associate, you will source and evaluate investment opportunities, lead due diligence across financial and commercial workstreams, build financial models, and prepare investment memos and reports to support deal execution from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deal Sourcing & Evaluation

• Identify and assess new investment opportunities in the market
• Conduct initial valuations and thorough industry and company research to support investment decisions

Due Diligence Management

• Take the lead in coordinating due diligence activities across financial and commercial workstreams
• Work closely with external advisors, consultants, and other third parties to ensure a smooth evaluation process

Financial Modeling & Investment Reporting

• Develop detailed financial models and craft well-supported investment theses
• Prepare investment reports and presentations for senior leadership and the investment committee

Transaction Support

• Assist in negotiating commercial terms and agreements
• Support the team in closing transactions from evaluation through to completion

Who We're Looking For:

• At least 3–4 years of relevant work experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Finance, or Deal Advisory
• Background in Investment Banking is a strong advantage
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills — you can build models independently and translate numbers into clear business insights
• Solid grasp of financial statement analysis and how business performance drives valuation
• CPA license is not required, but strong deal-side and commercial exposure is essential
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment — project timelines can require extended hours and weekend availability during active deal periods
