Quality Assistant Manager
The Quality Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance operations within a US Healthcare account in a BPO environment. The role involves conducting audits, monitoring compliance with quality standards, analyzing performance trends, and implementing process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
The position also requires strong people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting quality analysts and operations teams to drive performance and maintain client expectations. The Quality Assistant Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, improve workflows, and ensure adherence to healthcare and company standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Assistant Manager in a BPO setup handling US Healthcare accounts
- Strong background in auditing and people management
- College Graduate
- Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
