Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Controller (Finance) to oversee project financial monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to support project teams in ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Prepare financial forecasts, variance analyses, and project reports
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams on budget utilization
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Track project billing, expenses, and cash flow
• Assist in financial planning and resource allocation
• Support audits and financial documentation requirements
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project finance, controlling, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
• CPA is an advantage but not required
