About the job People and Culture Operations Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Provide advisory support to business leaders on employee relations and HR matters
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, absence management, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system integrity
- Drive operational excellence and efficient HR service delivery
- Support the implementation of people strategies and HR initiatives
- Analyze employee feedback to improve engagement and overall employee experience
- Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex HR and business issues
- Coach and guide team members while supporting high-performing teams
- Uphold organizational standards, code of conduct, and professional guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Approximately 10 years of HR experience, including around 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using HR case management systems
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases and inquiries
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Experience working in multi-location or global environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI and digital tools in HR operations (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and systems thinking skills
- Proven ability to coach, lead teams, and manage ambiguity
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong adaptability
