Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Delivery

  • Lead a team responsible for HR system implementation and support
  • Manage end-to-end implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Work closely with clients, HR teams, and IT to ensure system requirements are met
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful system rollout
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and issues and take timely action

System Management and Improvement

  • Ensure HR systems are configured correctly and aligned with business needs
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
  • Maintain HR data accuracy, reporting, and system performance
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend improvements


Support and Training

  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues within agreed timelines
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Provide training and support to users on system functionalities
  • Drive user adoption and continuous process improvement


Team and Stakeholder Management

  • Manage team performance, development, and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery


Qualifications:

  • 8–15 years in HR domain, with at least 7–8 years focused on HR systems (HRMS) implementation
  • Experience managing end-to-end HRMS projects and client delivery
  • Strong experience in HR systems (HRMS) implementation and support
  • Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, etc.)
  • Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
