Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Development Consultant to design, build, and enhance Salesforce-based solutions that support business operations and digital initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications within the Salesforce ecosystem
  
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and operational needs
  
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvements across Salesforce environments
  
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging development practices, applying relevant innovations where appropriate
  

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development (2-5 years)
  
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is an advantage
  
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and standard design patterns
  
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
  
• Experience in system integration and data migration within Salesforce environments
  
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  
• Proven ability to deliver effective, data-driven solutions
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
