Oracle Cloud Application Development Associate Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Application Development professional to support the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based enterprise solutions. This role involves working across multiple system components to identify issues, implement solutions, and enhance overall system performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications while integrating modern technologies such as cloud platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications within enterprise environments
  
• Participate in Agile development processes, including solution design, coding, testing, and deployment
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various components of business-critical systems
  
• Support development of APIs and backend logic using relevant scripting and programming tools
  
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions aligned with business needs
  
• Contribute to the integration of AI-driven features, including automation and intelligent decision support
  
• Utilize modern development tools and frameworks to enhance application performance and scalability
  
• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and maintainability
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in cloud application development, preferably within enterprise platforms
  
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
  
• Experience or exposure to interactive development environments (e.g., notebook-based tools)
  
• Understanding of RESTful API development and backend scripting
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
  
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in business processes
  
• Experience or interest in developing intelligent or automated enterprise solutions
  
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar)
  
• Experience in cloud transformation initiatives, including:
  
• Integrating legacy systems with cloud platforms
  
• Designing scalable, cloud-native architectures
  
• Supporting data migration and system conversion activities
  
• Developing custom applications or extending SaaS platforms
  
• Implementing automated testing and quality assurance processes
  
• Applying security standards, access controls, and governance practices
  
• Supporting post-deployment activities such as monitoring and continuous improvement
