Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Lead to oversee sales operations, lead business development efforts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strategic, and capable of managing both people and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and closing activities
- Ensure achievement of revenue and growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling B2B or corporate accounts
- Background in managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
