Location: National Capital Region

A growing enterprise organization is seeking an experienced HR operations leader to oversee the delivery of core HR services and employee support functions across the business.

This role will lead operational excellence across HR service delivery, payroll administration, benefits management, employee documentation, and HR support services while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery & Employee Support

  • Lead the centralized HR support function handling employee inquiries, requests, and case management
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely resolution of HR concerns aligned with service standards
  • Monitor operational metrics including response times, resolution rates, and employee satisfaction
  • Drive a service-oriented HR culture focused on professionalism and efficiency

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain payroll accuracy, reconciliation processes, and internal controls
  • Coordinate closely with Finance and other support teams to ensure operational integrity

HR Knowledge & Documentation Management

  • Manage HR knowledge repositories including employee portals and internal documentation
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and work instructions are properly maintained and accessible
  • Support documentation governance, version control, and audit readiness
  • Maintain accurate employee records and information management practices

Leadership & Operational Governance

  • Lead and develop HR operations teams including payroll and employee support personnel
  • Strengthen operational controls and data confidentiality practices
  • Support process consistency and service reliability across the organization
  • Build team capability through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
