Marketing Head (Senior Manager to AVP Level)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Management & Market Leadership

  • Formulate and execute the annual marketing roadmap to protect and expand the brand's leading market share.
  • Direct the corporate marketing budget, establishing clear KPIs and ensuring strong ROI across all B2B and B2C channels.
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring cohesive messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

2. Consumer Insights & Market Research

  • Oversee data-driven market research to monitor competitor activity, economic shifts, and evolving consumer behavior.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable insights to drive product development and targeted campaigns.

3. Integrated Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Spearhead the brand's digital ecosystem, including social media strategies, performance marketing, and the growth of the company’s proprietary service application.
  • Direct high-visibility "Above-The-Line" (ATL) campaigns, including strategic billboard placements, traditional media buying, and high-impact promotions.

4. Events, Activations, & Trade Marketing

  • Conceptualize and oversee large-scale "Below-The-Line" (BTL) initiatives, including trade shows, national dealer conventions, product launches, and experiential marketing.
  • Design on-ground promotional activities that directly support the commercial sales pipeline and drive foot traffic to retail partners.

5. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Plant Operations to align marketing campaigns with inventory and distribution capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with top-tier creative, media-buying, and public relations agencies.

Qualification

  • Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in Brand Management and Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or people-management role.
  • Industry Background: Proven track record handling tangible products or durable consumer goods. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Automotive, Industrial Products, or Industrial Manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced business degree is a strong advantage.
  • Core Competencies: * Expert knowledge of the Philippine media and advertising landscape. Strong capability in both digital transformation and traditional trade/dealer marketing. Exceptional financial acumen regarding budget management and ROI tracking.
  • Leadership Style: A visionary leader who is comfortable shifting from boardroom strategy to on-ground execution during major events and activations.
