About the job Network Division Head (Director Level) – Network Operations
We are looking for a high-caliber Network Leader to take full ownership of a large-scale, mission-critical network environment. This role sits at the forefront of operations—driving network stability, performance, and resilience across Core, IP, DWDM, and Access domains.
You will lead a 24/7 nationwide network operation, acting as the key authority in major incident management, service assurance, and operational excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on customer experience, uptime, and business continuity.

Duties:
• Full accountability for network availability, reliability, and performance across all domains (Core, Transport, Access)
• Leadership of end-to-end network operations, including NOC, field teams, and vendor coordination
• Command of major incident response, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal customer disruption
• Delivery of SLA-driven performance (targeting ≥99.95% uptime and beyond)
• Governance of change management, maintenance, and operational risk controls
• Continuous improvement of network monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency
• Oversight of capacity planning, traffic engineering, and infrastructure scalability
• Strengthening of network resilience, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness
• Transformation of network operations into a high-performance, proactive environment
• Optimization of core backbone, MPLS, DWDM, and access infrastructure
• Seamless coordination across engineering, operations, and external partners
• Strong vendor management and execution of strategic infrastructure initiatives
• Executive-level visibility through clear reporting on performance, risks, and investments
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in telecommunications, ISP, or large-scale network environments
• Proven leadership experience (5+ years) managing network operations or engineering teams
• Hands-on exposure to Core, DWDM/Optical, MPLS, and Access (FTTx/GPON) networks
• Strong experience in SLA-driven operations, incident management, and service assurance
• Track record in network transformation, modernization, or large-scale upgrades
• Deep technical expertise in:
Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS)
MPLS / Segment Routing
Optical Transport / DWDM
Access technologies (FTTx, GPON)
Network monitoring and observability tools
