About the job Learning and Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver learning solutions that align with business objectives
- Guide teams in creating innovative and effective training programs
- Coach and support junior team members in their development and capability building
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and requirements
- Utilize technology to improve and modernize learning delivery
- Assess and measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs
- Promote ongoing enhancement of learning approaches and methodologies
- Ensure all programs are aligned with organizational goals and direction
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, required

- Experience handling large-scale, enterprise-wide programs
- Background in designing and executing learning solutions
- Experience applying technology-based learning methods

- Strong analytical skills and facilitation expertise
- Experience managing end-to-end L&D programs
