Operational Excellence Officer 

Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Summary

The Operational Excellence Officer (Procurement) is responsible for strengthening procurement processes through policy development, process improvement, and performance monitoring. The role focuses on driving efficiency, enhancing controls, and supporting transformation initiatives across procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency through better controls, people, and technology.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to address operational issues.
  • Drive spend governance and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead the standardization of non-compliant or maverick spend.
  • Support the transition of user-managed spend to procurement-managed processes.
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards and reports (e.g., spend analysis, compliance reports) to track procurement performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and functional teams to support process transformation and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid setup.
