Trainer – UK/US Banking

We are looking for an experienced BPO Trainer to support a UK or US Banking and Financial Services account specializing in loan origination processes, including mortgage and auto/motor financing. If you have strong training experience in banking operations and a passion for developing high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate new hire, product, and refresher training for banking and financial services processes
• Deliver training on the loan origination lifecycle including application intake, documentation verification, underwriting support, approval, and payouts
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions to ensure operational readiness
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, nesting support, and coaching
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address knowledge gaps and improve performance

Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of BPO training experience supporting banking or financial services accounts
• Strong background in loan origination, underwriting support, mortgage processing, auto/motor financing, or loan payouts
• Experience handling UK or US banking clients in a BPO environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

Note: Experience in insurance or payroll accounts will not be considered for this role.
