Financial Reporting Supervisor

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Supervisor to lead a team and oversee accurate and timely financial reporting activities. The role will be responsible for team supervision, client coordination, and ensuring key accounting processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team handling financial reporting activities.
• Oversee month-end closing and related accounting processes.
• Ensure accurate handling of accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Monitor team performance, workload, quality, and deadlines.
• Resolve accounting and reporting issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Communicate directly with clients and address their concerns or requirements.
• Improve workflows and maintain effective accounting processes and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, or a Business-related degree
• 2–3 years of Financial Reporting experience.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Hands-on exposure to month-end closing.
• Experience with accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliation, and intercompany accounting.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a client-facing environment.
• CPA certification is a strong advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
