We are seeking a Senior Lead TA Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our regional workforce. As a strategic talent advisor, you will lead the sourcing, attraction, and engagement of diverse high-caliber talent across the Asia-Pacific (AP) region. You will partner closely with business and HR leaders to deliver market insights, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, high-touch hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Advisory
- Market Intelligence: Serve as a strategic consultant to business and HR leaders, providing data-driven guidance on hiring strategies and local market trends to support informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization to align recruitment with business goals.
- Sourcing Innovation: Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build proactive talent pipelines for both current "evergreen" roles and future organizational needs.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Full-Cycle Management: Lead candidate evaluations, including comprehensive resume screening, in-depth interviews, and technical assessments to recommend top-tier talent.
- External Partnerships: Establish and manage networks with external stakeholders, including recruitment firms, government agencies, and industry bodies to expand sourcing channels.
- Data Integrity: Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate metrics, dashboards, and real-time reporting for leadership.
Regional Leadership & Process Improvement
- Project Leadership: Act as the project lead for Asia-Pacific (AP) talent initiatives and provide specialized support for regional hiring needs as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate the overall candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with local employment regulations and corporate data security standards.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Technical Tenure: At least 7 years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a specific focus on the Singapore talent landscape.
- Specialized Hiring: Proven track record in recruiting for Software, IT, and other Technology-related roles.
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Singapore market, including local employment laws and talent availability.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Systems Fluency: Professional experience using enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar) is highly preferred.
- Business Savvy: Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions is a significant advantage.
- Productivity: Advanced proficiency in data acquisition and reporting to solve complex hiring challenges.
