Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee HR technology system configurations and integrations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices. ● Provide guidance and supervision to HRTS team members on HCM system implementation and maintenance (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow). ● Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery under pressure. ● Lead, mentor, and develop the HRTS team, setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues. ● Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to strengthen system knowledge, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. ● Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor laws, and data security standards. ● Perform additional duties as required to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR technology within a large healthcare organization, ideally in a hospital setting. ● Master’s degree is preferred. ● Proficiency with HRTS platforms (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure. ● Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management. |
