Role Overview
The Director of Operations will lead and manage the Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development functions, ensuring strong alignment with the company's overall strategy and revenue objectives. This role is accountable for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and sustainable growth across medium to large-scale operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder
With least 10 years of experience in sales operations, business development, and sales data analysis; including 5 years in a director-level leadership role within medium to large organizations
Proven experience handling operations with 500–1000 FTEs
Industry background in Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or similar environment is highly preferred
Solid financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing P&L responsibilities and articulating financial performance
Strong background in analyzing data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies and management reports
Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
Proven success in leading teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with revenue and expansion targets
Establish and drive performance management systems, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, customer experience, and market competitiveness
Design and implement scalable processes and systems to support business growth
Work closely with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy and expansion initiatives
Mentor and develop senior leaders to build a strong, high-performing operations organization
Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and industry best practices
