SailPoint Specialist

Role Overview
The SailPoint Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions to protect enterprise systems, applications, and data. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls, address vulnerabilities, and ensure the integrity of information systems.

The position requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity, continuous improvement of security practices, and the ability to support organizational compliance and risk management efforts.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in identity and access management, particularly within SailPoint solutions
  
• Lead and support team activities, including task coordination and decision-making
  
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive security initiatives and implement effective solutions
  
• Provide guidance and resolution for technical challenges across teams
  
• Monitor, assess, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, standards, and procedures
  
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training to promote security best practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SailPoint solutions (e.g., IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
  
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles
  
• Experience implementing identity and access management and access control solutions
  
• Familiarity with security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
  
• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management methodologies
  
• Experience in security incident response and handling
  
• Ability to design and enforce access control policies and procedures
