About the job Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the creators on campaign-level details, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and troubleshoot campaign-level matters; addressing concerns and providing updates to the Accounts Team.
  • Assist in preparing and processing documents for campaign related requirements such as ASC.
  • Prepare and submit Weekly Performance Status Reports (PSR), providing insights into campaign progress, key metrics, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports
  • Maintain and update video live links for payment purposes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the smooth closure of campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met, final payments are processed, and necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the creator team, creative, production, and finance departments to ensure seamless campaign execution, alignment of objectives, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively implementing optimization strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to campaign activities, and project deliverables to ensure transparency, accountability, and ease of reference for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Servicing or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
  • Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and business-judgement skills.
  • An appetite for change, empathetic and proactive.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role
  • Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills
