Position Overview

The organization is seeking an Oracle Finance Manager within the Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice to lead and manage client engagements, delivering exceptional business application consulting services. In this position, you will guide teams in developing and implementing Oracle Finance solutions, using strategic planning and mentoring skills to lead engagement delivery, manage client accounts, confirm project success, and maintain practice standards.

Working as part of a global delivery network across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services, you will partner closely with clients to navigate complex financial systems and processes, identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Finance transformation initiatives and manage client expectations effectively.
• Guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance technology projects.
• Apply technical proficiency in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify and address finance process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and oversee the deployment of scalable financial management solutions using Oracle tools.
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and leading practices across finance transformation teams.
• Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
• Experience: 7 to 11 years of relevant experience.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient oral and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fields of Study: Academic background in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
• Financial Modeling: Hands-on experience applying financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions.
• Transformation Leadership: Proven track record managing finance transformation projects with a focus on process improvement.
• Financial Analysis & Compliance: Excellence in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership: Experience leading teams in delivering finance technology solutions for clients.
