Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Director to lead and drive the company’s environmental sustainability agenda. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sustainability strategies that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term operational goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, supply chain teams, and key stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices across the organization while promoting continuous environmental improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide sustainability strategies, programs, and environmental initiatives
• Lead sustainability efforts across operations and supply chain functions to support long-term business objectives
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into operational and strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive stakeholders regarding sustainability performance and opportunities
• Track, assess, and enhance sustainability metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote sustainability awareness and encourage integration of environmentally responsible practices throughout the organization
• Support the organization’s commitment to operational efficiency, environmental stewardship, and sustainable growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Senior Manager role or extensive experience as a tenured Manager
• Previous experience from a Big 4 firm is highly preferred
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Strong background in environmental sustainability initiatives and programs
• Experience working with or presenting to C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
