Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years experience in administrative support roles
- At least 3 years supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Proven experience in high-level administrative or executive support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (onsite + work from home)
- Flexible to work across APAC, EMEA, and North America shifts
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid, cross-functional environment
