Role Overview
The Brand Officer supports the execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, drive sales performance, and enhance customer engagement. The role works closely with cross-functional teams in managing day-to-day brand activities, product coordination, promotional campaigns, and market analysis to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels. This position also contributes to achieving business goals through data-driven insights, operational support, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end brand management, including brand execution, marketing campaigns, product coordination, merchandising support, sales analysis, digital marketing, and retail operations
- Relevant work experience within the retail industry, particularly handling wearable products such as apparel, footwear, accessories, timepieces, and similar categories
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance, customer insights, and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as social media and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
- Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of brand strategies and initiatives to strengthen market presence and drive business growth
- Ensure consistent brand identity and execution across marketing materials, retail stores, and digital platforms
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor brand visibility, merchandising compliance, and overall brand presentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation of brand activities and campaigns
Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for the production of marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and event requirements
- Support the management of social media and digital marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare performance insights and recommendations for improvement
Product & Inventory Coordination
- Assist in managing product launches, pricing activities, and inventory monitoring to support sales objectives
- Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to recommend product enhancements and opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth execution of launches
Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze sales performance and brand initiatives to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Collaborate with the Sales and Retail teams to support store performance and recommend promotional activities based on sales trends
- Prepare sales, inventory, and brand performance reports for management review and decision-making
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to better understand purchasing behavior and preferences
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve brand positioning and overall business performance
