The Senior Audit Associate will handle complex client engagements, supervise audit staff, prepare and review audit documentation, and work closely with our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute audit engagements independently for an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Report directly to the Audit Manager and provide regular updates on engagement progress
  • Supervise and review the work of audit staff to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Handle complex client accounts and navigate challenging audit situations professionally
  • Assist in coordinating audit activities across the team, even with limited prior exposure to coordination work
  • Prepare and review audit documentation, work papers, and reports
  • Identify audit issues and escalate appropriately to the Audit Manager
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
  • At least 3–4 years of audit experience
  • Able to handle at least 4 busy audit seasons
  • Experience supervising or reviewing work of junior staff is an advantage
  • Has handle complex clients and coordinating (Preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
