ERP Systems Configuration Expert

Role Overview
A healthcare-focused organization is seeking an ERP Systems Configuration Expert to support and optimize enterprise financial systems across a geographically distributed environment. This role blends ERP configuration, finance operations, and systems integration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across critical financial processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP financial applications, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to manage complex system integrations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Systems & Financial Operations

• Interpret, execute, and support financial ERP models while resolving complex finance-related issues.
  
• Provide support for month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  
• Maintain system integrity and ensure accurate financial data processing across platforms.
  

Systems Integration & Support

• Manage integrations and troubleshoot issues across platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and BlackLine.
  
• Monitor daily system integrations and proactively resolve outages or disruptions.
  
• Support Finance IT change management, including system updates, enhancements, and maintenance.
  

Security, Reporting & Data Management

• Oversee system access, roles, and security controls across ERP platforms.
  
• Develop and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards within ERP systems.
  
• Provide reporting support and insights to business units and leadership teams.
  

Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Assist in system testing during upgrades and releases, including development of test scripts.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  
• Ensure systems align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  

Stakeholder Support & Training

• Provide training and guidance to end users on financial systems and reporting tools.
  
• Support ad-hoc requests from finance teams and business stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and operations.
  

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in ERP financial systems and applications.
  
• At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP processes within a healthcare or multi-entity environment.
  
• Prior experience as a Senior Accountant or General Accounting Manager is highly preferred.
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Workday and Oracle.
  
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, OnBase, UiPath, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI is a plus.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
