Overview:

An operations-focused professional responsible for the accuracy, governance, and lifecycle management of member data within a healthcare purchasing framework. This role ensures seamless coordination among members, supplier partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain contract compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administration and quality control of the centralized member data repository.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes by collecting, validating, and recording required membership information.
  • Manage and communicate membership updates, ensuring timely information flow to stakeholders and supplier partners.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and operational leaders to align pricing structures, contract tiers, and system connectivity.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, roster variances, and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Produce operational reports and insights to support program oversight and informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, data operations, or administrative coordination.
  • Exposure to healthcare purchasing, supplier management, or membership-based organizations is a plus.
