Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive reports comparing expected versus actual payments and analyze revenue trends.
• Conduct payer parity assessments using internal and external data sources to inform strategy.
• Analyze monthly gross and net revenue trends, providing actionable insights for management.
• Support intramonth revenue projections and identify emerging patterns or variances.
• Organize and summarize service line and payer analytics for executive review.
• Maintain, validate, and transfer data across systems to ensure database integrity and accuracy.
• Develop preliminary financial models to support managed care negotiation strategies.
• Provide analytical support and insights to negotiation teams and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Health Administration, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or advanced analytics/healthcare informatics) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data management using large datasets; healthcare analytics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to present complex data clearly for decision-making.
