We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. In this role, you will work on configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to support business processes and improve customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business requirements
- Develop and implement CRM solutions to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Integrate CRM platforms with other internal and external systems
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CRM-related concerns
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving initiatives
- Take ownership of deliverables and progressively build subject matter expertise
- Stay up-to-date with emerging CRM technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Experience working with CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Customer Insights Journeys
- Strong understanding of CRM development concepts, configuration, and customization
- Experience integrating CRM systems with other platforms and applications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience in .NET development and working knowledge of SQL Server
