The HR Operations Partner is responsible for supporting efficient and accurate HR operations through effective HR data management, reporting, system administration, and process improvement. This role works closely with HR stakeholders and employees to resolve HR system-related concerns, maintain data integrity, and improve people processes and service delivery.

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage HR data and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee information and HR data across HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR decision-making.
  • Monitor HR data quality and perform regular audits and validation of employee records.
  • Investigate and resolve HR system issues, data discrepancies, and operational concerns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR system and process-related inquiries.
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Support the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR operations and service delivery.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure sensitive employee information is handled with appropriate confidentiality and security.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and support other HR operational requirements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related function.
  • Experience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience working with HRIS or other HR technology platforms.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting HR system and process-related issues.
  • Experience in process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based employees or HR operations is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
