We are looking for an Italian-speaking professional to join our team as an AR Collections Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, customer-facing support, or finance operations who are interested in building their career in a global company environment.

In this role, you will help support customers by handling account concerns, payment follow-ups, billing inquiries, and general coordination related to accounts receivable processes. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding account and payment-related concerns
  • Assist in resolving billing issues and invoice discrepancies
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and support collection activities
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly
  • Provide professional and customer-focused support through calls and emails
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course (Business, Finance, or related courses are an advantage)
  • Open to candidates with Customer Service, CSR, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or other customer-facing experience
  • Strong Italian communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and handling inquiries
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Outlook
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay on a mid-shift or rotational schedule
