Company Nurse

Job Summary

The Company Nurse is responsible for independently managing the company clinic and leading all health and safety initiatives. This role provides primary healthcare services, ensures compliance with occupational health standards, and supports HR functions to promote overall employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily clinic operations and ensure readiness at all times
• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees
• Assess, monitor, and manage employee health concerns, illnesses, and injuries
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and clinic inventory
• Lead the implementation of occupational health and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, and company health regulations
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-ups
• Oversee pre-employment and annual medical examinations
• Conduct health education, wellness programs, and safety orientations
• Handle incident reports, workplace injuries, and return-to-work clearances
• Perform administrative and HR-related support tasks as needed
• Conduct occasional site visits to ensure health and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PH RN) with a valid PRC license
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training is an advantage
• Proven experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse preferred
• Comfortable working independently and managing a one-person clinic
• Willing to work onsite in Makati (Monday–Friday) and conduct site visits
• Open to supporting HR-related functions
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and DOLE compliance
• Experience in corporate or clinic setting
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
